| Direct
screen printing is the most common
form of printed T shirts methods, and it
allows for high quality multi colour prints,
although any shaded logos should be avoided
for this print method. |

transfer printing can be printed
in any PMS colour or combination of colours.
Custom T shirts logos can be printed more
accurately than with embroidery, therefore
giving a better quality finish. Flock is
meant for quick and easy application to
nearly all types of materials and fabrics,
it is colourfast, has ease of handling,
and is long lasting. The velvet like look
is well accepted by the fashion industry,
it is suggested for custom shirts for School
uniforms, workplace clothing, and sportswear,
or where a long lasting durable print is

| Digital
or photo finish transfers are printed
using 4 colour digital technology. It is
best suited for custom T shirt multicolour
prints, photo reproduction and full colour
designs. This print style is best suited
to solid designs, although text and thin
lines etc, can be achieved by using solid
backgrounds and key lines. This print method
is recommend for nearly all material styles. |
| Plastisol
transfers are excellent for printed
T shirts for both 1 colour and also multicolour
prints , it looks like direct screen printing,
although with the high quality features
of a transfer. It is excellent for reproducing
intricate fine details and for bright PMS
colours even on dark materials, it has a
soft surface texture. This print method
is recommend for nearly all material styles
, and for unusual shaped product prints. |
| Dye
sublimation...after heat is applied
this print style for Tee shirts actually
vaporises into synthetic fabrics and becomes
part of the shirt material. It is excellent
for reproducing intricate fine details and
for bright PMS colours including full colour
designs. Available in traditional screen
print or digital printing styles which can
be used for all over prints onto panels
for sportswear, fashion garments etc |
